Onboarding path french APIs SeLoger services

1. Initial Contact: Reach out to our Connect Success Team

  • The first step for any partner in the French market is to establish contact with our dedicated support experts. This ensures your project is correctly scoped and that you receive the necessary credentials for our environments.
  • Action: Please send an email to partners@groupeseloger.com.
  • Purpose: Our Connect Success Team will validate your eligibility, provide initial documentation, and set up your communication channels (such as Slack) to begin the journey.

2. The Onboarding Phases

Our onboarding is divided into seven key stages, as defined in our GTM framework, to move from initial discovery to full-scale production.

Phase 1: Information & Scoping

  • Kick-off: Initial meeting to align on objectives.
  • Access: Receipt of technical documentation and Sandbox environment access.
  • Audit: Sharing the list of clients/agencies (RCUs) to be migrated or integrated.

Phase 2: Technical Setup & Credentials

  • Sandbox Credentials: Provisioning of your credentials (Client ID and Client secret) and the URL to the sandbox
  • Collaboration: Invitation to a dedicated Slack channel and establishment of recurring sync calls.
  • Preparation: Your team begins architectural design and automated test preparation.

Phase 3: Integration & Development

  • Development: Active coding phase where you build the connection to AVIV APIs.
  • Mapping: Verification of data fields (e.g., mapping your internal listing structure to AVIV’s API format).
  • Support: Weekly sync meetings to resolve technical blockers.

Phase 4: Functional Testing & QA

  • Sandbox Validation: Running test cases to ensure listings and media are processed correctly.
  • QA Sync: Final review of the integration logic with our engineers.

Phase 5: Pre-Production & Load Testing

  • Validation: Final "Go/No-Go" check based on test results.
  • Performance: Ensuring the integration can handle the expected volume of updates.
  • Planning: Selection of the first "Pilot" agencies for the live launch.

Phase 6: Pilot Launch

  • Controlled Production: Transition of a small group (1-3 clients) to the production environment.
  • Monitoring: Intensive follow-up and feedback loop to fix any real-world edge cases.

Phase 7: Full Deployment (Onboarding Customers)

  • Communication: Execution of the communication plan to your users.
  • Progressive Roll-out: Scaling in waves (e.g., 10, 30, then 50+ RCUs) until your entire portfolio is live on AVIV APIs.
  • Handover: Transition to standard support and performance monitoring.
